Sol Together LLC – Terms & Conditions

Event Host:
Sol Together LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) hosts weekly events at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending our events, you (“you,” “the attendee”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: weather conditions, change of plans, missed entry times, or dissatisfaction with the event.

  • Tickets are only valid for the date and entry time listed on the ticket.

  • Entry is not guaranteed outside of the designated time stated on your ticket. Late arrivals may be denied entry or charged a door fee.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

2. Event Access & Venue Use

  • Sol Together LLC is solely responsible for providing access to the event and the curated music experience by our DJs.

  • We are not responsible for venue conditions, rooftop availability, bar service, food vendors, or any third-party services provided by 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge or their affiliates.

  • Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates venue rules or engages in disruptive behavior.

3. Changes to Lineup or Venue Areas

  • DJ lineups are subject to change without notice. No refunds or credits will be issued due to artist cancellations or changes.

  • Access to rooftop or lounge areas is dependent on weather, capacity limits, and hotel policies. We do not guarantee access to specific areas of the venue at all times.

4. Inclement Weather & Postponement

  • Events are rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by venue management.

  • In the event of a full cancellation or rescheduling, tickets will be honored for the new date. Refunds will only be issued in the case of permanent event cancellation.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • By attending our events, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with public gatherings.

  • Sol Together LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to waive any right to initiate a chargeback, refund request, or dispute through your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform. Any disputes should be directed to info@soltogether.com and will be addressed in accordance with our policies.

Photo & Video Disclaimer

By entering the event premises, you agree that Sol Together LLC, its partners, affiliates, and media teams may photograph, film, or otherwise record the event, and your likeness may be included in such media.

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded and grant Sol Together LLC the full rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these images and recordings—worldwide and in perpetuity—for promotional and commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, website content, and press coverage.

If you do not wish to be captured in photos or video, please notify a staff member upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee full exclusion from all media content.
